I'm going to go out on a limb and say that not all of those have gotten their minimum levels changed... If level 80s can equip some of that stuff it'd be cuh-razy.

Yeah theres some oddities there it looks like. The top two trinkets are identical, which also seems wacky, unless Blizz really wants people to stack stam.

Both trinkets as well of the Horsemans sword are missing their classic on-use features, which is a pretty clear sign that these items are obviously not finished.

Both trinkets display the "on use" ability on their respective wowhead pages ... but not in the popup tooltips (even on wowhead directly). I know, I couldn't believe that they'd have the charms but not the brewmaidens to go with them.

There were in fact 2 stam trinkets from the past brewfest so it's probably not a mistake. I feel kind of cheated that all they are doing is upping the stats on the items but it's definitely better than not updating them.
