What do you mean by new? There's plenty of options for combat rogues in current tier. There's a few 2.6-speed agility weapons from heroics, Mace of the Sacrificed from Zul'Aman, and Twilight Fang from Theralion/Valiona. And current gear allows PUGging on ALL of them.
