I'd say that the Brawler's Trophy is a pretty spanking good tanking trinket, esp for Bears. Not as much for DKs, but eh.

And the brew charms have always been nice for the Stam-stackers in the crowd. ... which prior to cataclysm was.. hmm... almost everyone? It's lost a lot of its luster these days, but that's a heck of a lot of stamina. If you're already deep into diminishing returns on mitigation, stacking an additional metric ton of Stamina isn't the worst thing you could do.
