I think a 45 - 60 percent agil to SP would be enough to compensate, and would give us the added benefit of out other gear contributing as opposed to just our weapon.

My though process on this is lets say you have 6k agility. 60% would equal 3600 SP. This would be slightly above our current SP contribution when weapon swapping only.

I think this would be a solution to take the weapon swapping out of the equation, it would still require rolling your flame shock on three targets, but it would simplify one aspect.
