There's at least one other draenei who is old enough to remember Argus, a questgiver in Blood Watch (Jessera of Mac'Aree). Given that there's nothing overtly special about him, I guess there are quite a few who do.
But even with a theoretical lifespan that can be measured in dozens of millennia, few would be that old. People die of other causes than old age: violence, accidents, disease. If you assume that 0.1% of the population dies of unnatural causes each year, about 90% will make it to 100. 60% will survive to 500, and 37% to 1,000. 13 out of one trillion will survive until they're 25,000. That's of course assuming that each individual has the same chance of surviving each year, which is probably not true (once you've survived to 1,000, you've probably shown some instinct for self-preservation)
