On that note, considering that the Draenei possess such an attunement to the light and healing (Much more advanced than the medical techniques we possess), I'm sure most of the accident-related injuries that would be considered fatal in our society would be nothing more than a quick Gift of the Naaru heal. I mean, c'mon. I can visit Ragnaros in Molten Core and take a car-sized hammer to my face and proceed to beat him to death with my fists. (Takes a while but it works.) I doubt people in the WC universe has much to worry about.

And there's also that weird thing with resurrections and such... But that's outside the subject.
