I seem to be going against the grain here but I personally enjoy where cata is going. Bosses are challenging again and actually require some thinking and coordination, It seems to me like most of you just had it too easy for a while (I completley missed ICC) I'm trying to use the nicest possible tone but when I see people saying they are still wiping on Magmaw and halfus each week then I think its really your guilds problem not blizzards. The last bosses in each instance are tough but 3 easy clears each weeks gets boring quickly.

I agree totally.Wrath in my eyes was a huge time grind, with absolutely no real effort or skill required to succeed. Heroic 5 mans were a joke, much of the raiding was a joke. Pugging the great ultimate raid of the expansion had been basically unprecedented in WoW.Now ZA and ZG are here to provide a hard mode for 5 man content (which I have only actually done once each as I am too busy exploring other content first). When Cata first arrived, the normal heroic dungeons were hard as well, which I enjoyed. There's heroic raids as well for when my guild feels ready. And I agree with your assessment of guilds wiping endlessly on Magmaw. That tells me that a fair few people in that raid just aren't really trying.

Ouch downvote burn, I guess that makes me a minority then. I really am at a loss to explain why people are having such a hard time in this tier, I enjoy it a lot because for the first time since BC I am using a much wider range of utility spells rather then just spamming 3 buttons.I would get bored in wrath after raiding for an hour because all i was doing was making up the numbers, now it actually feels like an achievement when my guild finally gets it together and downs a tough boss for the first time.Don't get me wrong I'm no elitest hardcore player, I'm fairly casual and with 2 jobs my play time is limited. I've managed to go 11/12 so far in normal I really dont understand why people are having so much trouble or feeling like this is a job, Perhaps wrath gave everyone the wrong impression.
