It's sadly true, there's so little new in Cat that it's really just a case of 'farm heroics' that are by now very dull (even the new ones) and do some lame raids which are basically 'rooms with boss'. A lot of us burned out in Wrath and did all the alts we could ever want in that time. Alts are really dull now as well, as the old dungeons are zergfests that get rushed through, and gear is worthless as you do so many levels a day and get so much of it. I remember saving for ages and really looking forward to getting some level 50 something Highlander's PvP boots, even making a long and tough journey to places to find the old gear vendors. Gear used to mean something and instances were real events. This goes doubly for raids. At this stage, with 4.1 being a low-content patch that changed so little, only a Vanilla server will keep me paying, with all the new games out. And i do feel sad because of the many years put into WoW, and how much I've loved it, and how much respect I have for GMs.
