As I see it Blizz is having to walk an ever finer line between making raiding too easy for top level guilds and players and too hard for casuals. The variety in the player base is such that not everyone is going to be happy... ever. The best way I can see too try alleviate the problem is to make the seperation between normal and HC raids larger. However it is good that some more dailies are being added as the current ones are already becoming too repetive.
