For what it's worth. My clock was a full 45-seconds slow when compared to Blizz's. Start refreshing at least 1-minute before the sale starts.And another thing. This year, they've removed the ability to change the number of tickets at check out. You must enter in this number before hitting the purchase button.

This isn't true. I changed my quantity successfully at the checkout page as I had been queueing with a friend on Vent and he got in successfully, so I had to drop a ticket.

What Labyrinth says, I also go through queue just fine and was able to change the number of tickets I wanted to purchase. This is why the queue for tickets ended at 11%, the algorithm used to produce the number for remaining tickets its based off what people chose when they first enter the queue, so when people change the number of tickets they are buying when they get to checkout the system doesn't add that into the equation.
