Considering the Call to Arms bug; I've queued as a tank solo several times since patch for the Call to Arms (CtA) and have occasionally/often had people drop, but I have always received a satchel at the end. What might actually be happening: I notice that I'll open the Dungeon finder window, and the CtA for healer will be up one second, then if I close and re open it'll be down. I've even re-opened it a third or fourth time, to find the healer role back "up" as the CtA. The tank CtA is almost always up for me. Keep this in mind. The cause of this bug could be that the Call to Arms for healers goes "down" while you are in the dungeon, and re-queue; and therefore, since healers at that specific time are not the CtA role, you are not getting a satchel. That seems a more likely bug. All speculation of course, and a nasty bug to boot if it is happening widespread to players. As I noted, when tanking, I personally have never been shorted a satchel, even after a dps drops group and we re-queue, which is nearly every run (since people often run for only 1 piece of loot on one boss).

Just tacking on the blue post here since it's the first response to it. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2548836648#8Neth goes on to say in his next post that he's passing it on to the devs and they are looking into it. That was 4 days ago, so I wouldn't hold my breath for any immediate fix, probably will either ship with 4.2 or 4.2a.

This happened to me as a healer during the Call to Arms. I queued when it was up but did not get the satchel at the end. I put in a ticket and they said that it was a known issue but they weren't going to be giving me a satchel at this time. I put in another ticket saying that was unacceptable, as I had earned a reward that I was entitled to, and it was clearly a bug on their part. I got a second response saying they had forwarded my report to the person dealing with the issue and eventually something would be done about it. So I put in a third ticket asking if they would be contacting me later to give me my satchel and saying that I would not be queuing for CtA again until they did. This time I got an actual whisper from a GM who cheerfully gave me my satchel. When I filled out my customer survey I mentioned that it was pretty bad service to have to submit a ticket three times in order to have the issue resolved. And I'm still not queuing specifically for CtA until I hear word that this bug has been fixed. Since I'm fully geared and don't need the points, that means they've failed in their effort to bring me back into the queue.

This bug must not work 100% of the time, because I've always received my Call to Arms satchel as a healer, even though I've had to re-queue a lot - and I fail to believe its possible that CtA-Healer was up every single time at that exact moment.
