Neth goes on to say in his next post that he's passing it on to the devs and they are looking into it.

That was 4 days ago, so I wouldn't hold my breath for any immediate fix, probably will either ship with 4.2 or 4.2a.

This happened to me as a healer during the Call to Arms. I queued when it was up but did not get the satchel at the end. I put in a ticket and they said that it was a known issue but they weren't going to be giving me a satchel at this time. I put in another ticket saying that was unacceptable, as I had earned a reward that I was entitled to, and it was clearly a bug on their part. I got a second response saying they had forwarded my report to the person dealing with the issue and eventually something would be done about it. So I put in a third ticket asking if they would be contacting me later to give me my satchel and saying that I would not be queuing for CtA again until they did. This time I got an actual whisper from a GM who cheerfully gave me my satchel.

When I filled out my customer survey I mentioned that it was pretty bad service to have to submit a ticket three times in order to have the issue resolved. And I'm still not queuing specifically for CtA until I hear word that this bug has been fixed. Since I'm fully geared and don't need the points, that means they've failed in their effort to bring me back into the queue.

This bug must not work 100% of the time, because I've always received my Call to Arms satchel as a healer, even though I've had to re-queue a lot - and I fail to believe its possible that CtA-Healer was up every single time at that exact moment.
