I have a question for the show.
First of all, I love the show. When you guys talk about lore, it feels epic and engaging. I really look forward to you guys talking about it.
And then I play the game and wonder if Blizzard has the same enthusiasm.
My question is this: Does Blizzard actually care as much as you guys do?
For example, when you guys talked about the Wrathgate stuff, you talked about the political turmoil that the undead caused. When I finally got to do the quest as horde, all I got out of it was Thrall saying to Sylvanas "You got your city back, baby" And that was it. There was no detail in it. At least it didn't feel that way.
Anyways, keep up the great work. I always look forward to hearing more!

I really don't think fear of diminishing paid server transfers has anything to do with why they they are thinking of making this a premium service. I imagine the vast majority of people who pay to transfer do so to actually join a guild or raid team, not to run a daily heroic here and there.
Why charge then? Because they can, and people will pay it. It targets people who want to play with a buddy occasionally, but don't want to leave their actual guild or raid team.
It's selling to multiple segments of the market, just like Upper Deck did by selling real cards as well as knock-offs. Although with that example it wasn't exactly legal. :)

Three major, major cheers for McCurley's passionate rant about how Malfurion and the Night Elves in general should be getting angry and kicking Horde ass. Seriously. Cannot echo that sentiment enough.
Come back WC3 Night Elves.

I love your spot on coverage of Blizz-con since I don't like massive crowds and never plan on attending. PLEASE RECORD THE WOW INSIDER MEET UP LIVE AT BLIZZ-CON. I will watch. That would be awesome. Thank you.
