I'll echo the appreciation for the "pick me up". In my ten man raid I can hold my own on some of the fights, but it's becoming clear that I'm not the star that I was in ICC (oh armor penetration, I miss you so). Our casual team is starting heroics and I still don't have the sword from V/T (I'm combat spec). We were having trouble on heroic Halfus and the RL made the call to switch over to farm BWD. Since it was clear that we weren't quite ready for heroic BoT, I asked if we could do Halfus and V/T on normal so I could try for my sword. I was told "no", that after we down Neff, we were going to try heroic Halfus again on the next raid night.

I didn't take it personally because I can't blame them. I started out this tier competitive, but as we've geared up it's become clear that I'm not scaling as well as our DK or Warrior. We usually run with two mdps, so I guess I should be glad that I'm not being benched, but the reality that improving my gear is not a top priority stings a bit.
