I mentioned this in the previous Raid Rx on how to use Rallying Cry, but I thought I'd share again my own finding: When using Rallying Cry as a warrior, it is a wonderful idea to use Enraged Regeneration as well--the two abilities share the same duration in cooldown, so they will both be available if you use them together (preferably in a macro). As the Enraged Regeneration scales with your health, the increased health buffer will mean you get a larger heal. Combine this with, say, Spirit Link Totem (as I mentioned last time) and this healing will be spread out to the rest of the group every time it ticks.
If you have strong self-healing abilities in general--such as a feral druid's Survival Instincts and Regeneration (preferably not wasted during a warrior's), Paladin's Lay on Hands, DK ghoul sacrifice (preferably during the end of its lifespan to not waste dps, if not Unholy), rogue Recuperate, and, yes, even *Warlock Health stones*, do coordinate with your healers about when you should use such abilities. Such coordination can be the difference between defeating a fight and wiping. :D
