Is there a good list of AP and SP co-efficients somewhere? The one at Wowpedia is horribly outdated and EJ only has it for a few specs.

DrDamage tooltip addon shows the SP/AP coefficients for most of the abilities in the game. Just need to mouseover the spell on your bars.

If there's a decent one EJ will have it, if not, it's because the relative worth fluctuates based on the gear you already have and static estimations aren't sufficient. If you care that much about the relative values, get Simcraft, Rawr, or one of the tools listed at EJ.
