The tricky thing really is the sheer size of the priest's spell book. Using the mouseover macros and keybinding allows for a very large number of spells to be easily within reach. The other 3 healing classes work well with click casting from experience. If you're fortunate enough to have (or be able to afford) a multi button mouse like the Razer Naga, then you'll have enough buttons. If not, then you may find yourself needing a heal that you haven't got bound- or can't remember the modifiers for. A 5 button mouse WILL provide enough buttons, as you can use ctrl, alt and shift as modifiers. A naga just reduces the number of modifiers you need.Alot comes down to practice. Once you've practiced healing using click casts, they're just as versatile as mouseover macroing. If you have a gaming pad, then you can get around the issue alot of mouseover players have told me about, where you need to move using the keyboard, whilst hitting keybinds and having your mouse in the right location. Click casters just use the keys to move, and maybe a pinky finger for modifiers.Simplest way is to give it a try for a week or so (a day isnt enough). If you're having issues with targeting a different player, then make sure you dont use left or right click to target. If you've got unbound spells, bind em. Personally, the only spells i have that aren't bound to my 5 button mouse (if only i could afford a gaming pad and a naga!!) are my targeting reticule spells.
