I also use the n52te/Nostromo for my Holy Priest. I use Grid for consolidating health bars and mouseover macros to simplify targeting. I use modifiers to multiply the number of keybinds on the Nostromo to 60 (5 modes x 12 buttons), using 2 actionbar's worth for heals. My general Mouseover macro template is #showtooltip/cast [@mouseover, exist, help, nodead] Renew; RenewThis will gracefully degrade the targeting of the cast spell; mouseover target, then target, then self. The benefit is that I can target the tank's target, and slip in some DPS without retargeting, which helps with threat monitoring. I have a video of this layout up on my YouTube channel (dedicated to using the n52te/Nostromo with WoW) at http://www.youtube.com/user/grendalsh.
