Oh wow, a new Blue Plz. I thought TB was done with WoW.
I find his show good, but think he is way off base in what he considers a "fun game".

Hopefully it will be his last show. He has some good points, but when it comes to raiding I find myself disagreeing with him more and more.

the new blue plz isn't very wow insider friendly lol

I'm very sad to see that WoW once again isn't providing the kind of content that keeps Totalbiscuit around--his perspective and insight into the game were always refreshingly brutally honest, and he will be missed.

I used to might have agreed with you, but Cataclysm changed my perspective.
I listened to TB whine all through Lich King (which I enjoyed) how easy the content was and it used to be harder in TBC, and it was much more fun. Cataclysm at launch was what he pined for - very difficult heroics and unpuggable raids.
I discovered I hated it. Once I got to 85 to run heroics I discovered (this was soon after launch) they were miserable, overly long, unforgiving wipefests that would chew up my evenings and spit them out. I discovered after a night of WoW I felt like I had wasted the entire evening. I quit the game for a while.
Patch 4.1 brought me back - with some gear inflation and heroic nerfs, the heroics were fun again. Sure you might wipe, and Deadmines is too long, but overall I was having fun again.
I discovered TB's vision of WoW was not something I enjoyed. If he got his way, I would not be playing the game.

I enjoy listening to TB from time to time but his perspective is so limited. All he really enjoys is raiding - anything else is "not content" from his perspective. And since the only class and tree he really plays (fire mage) has only one role (dps), I actually feel bad that he misses out on so much of makes WoW an enjoyable game for the rest of us.
