The new dark succor is not really victory rush. Yes, it has the words "grants xp or honor on it" but that's where the similarity ends. I am tired of people comparing the two. Unholy could use some way to cast death pact. maybe a glyph that resummons sacrificed ghouls.

Depends on what someone finds the purpose of Vic Rush to be. If it's mainly viewed as a healing ability, the new Dark Succor is pretty much a Vic Rush rip-off. The other aspect of Victory Rush is it's free-ness. No rage, no cooldown, a bit of damage and a heal.
Actually, that'd be a sweet change to GoDS. Make the first DS after a kill into a rune-free strike in FP/UP, with a 20% heal.

You're right, the new Glyph of Dark Succor is not Victory Rush, it's significantly worse. It requires you to spend runes on that Death Strike, it needs to be glyphed to even get that functionality, and there is nothing that improves it for Unholy and Frost DKs.
The one nice thing is that it is usable at any time, but 7% hp is a pittance. I can't see this glyph being useful in anyway once you reach raiding.
