WoW Moviewatch: Selendis
Erunno's video is incredibly effective. It hints at the motivations that drive the character and uses a brief flashback to tease the audience about backstory. I was definitely curious about what's going on here. One of the reasons it's so successful is that Erunno only gives short, matter-of-fact glimpses at the story hooks, without proclaiming "there's some relationship to Illidan!" in huge letters.
Commissioning machinimators to create roleplay trailers is a fantastic idea. It helps introduce additional artwork into the community and helps supports the machinima creators. The quality of this video shows why roleplayers could benefit; this is a trend worth supporting.

That was extremely cool. I like it's subtlety, the shadow work and the weapons being displayed at the end. Very nice.

Wow, *that* was spectacular. The complete lack of dialog, even printed, makes this compelling.
Can't wait for the full length movie! (SUBTLE HINT TO THE MAKERS...)

Oh man, I have to get my butt back on Argent Dawn for some roleplayin' :D
Vids like these are great motivation / inspiration for RP, methinks.
Erunno is definately very talented.

If you're interested in Horde-side RP on Argent Dawn, check out Scions of the Horde.

Wow, that was excellent. I wonder how much something like this would cost to commission...

If I had the money, I would love to commission a machinima my RP characters, or better yet, my whole guild. Heck, I would just like to see more troll-focused lore/RP machinima. That's why I watched the 4.1 trailer over and over.
Maybe I'll see if my friend who does a bunch of video editing for her YouTube vids can help me out...
On-topic: I'll watch "Selendis" once I'm not at work. ;)

The hell? I have no idea what happened there. She gets stabbed...then that turns her into a demon hunter? Or maybe she got stabbed, then afterwards became a demon hunter to seek revenge? Either way...it's kind of thin. I loved the cinematography...but the "story" was pretty bad.
