The only fights I really feel disadvantaged as a rogue is on Twilight Council, and slightly atramedes and maloriak, due to getting out of melee or not being able to attack from behind. With exception of twilight council my dps is very competitive, usually top 2-3, 4 at worst(10 man) with only a few hundred separating me from others. My gear is all pve 359 except my MH dagger, which is the 359 gladiator weapon.
Two weeks ago my guild was able to down Chimaeron on hard mode because I evasion tanked it. Without that it certainly would have been a wipe, because Chim fell several seconds after evasion expired.
Last week I had interrupt duty on heroic halfus. Over 44k dps(tops). The next guy was around 37k.
Rogues bring alot to the table. And being middle of the pack doesn't necessarily equate to a hindrance if all players are good. Perhaps it's not rogues that are broken, but an outdated min-max mentality(and passing on rogues hyperbole) when it comes to filling raids.
