The Queue: Hey Minnesota Twins, let's chat for a second
Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky, senior facepalming correspondent, will be your host today.Okay Twins, meet me over here in the private corner of The Queue, away from Cutaia, MattK, Grovin, Skarn, and all the other regulars.

You here? Great. Now, I know that times are tough -- your big guys have been hurt, are hurt, or are just coming off some serious injuries. But 17-37? The worst record in baseball, by far? Let's not do this anymore.
K?
You can go back over there and read or play cards or whatever else it is that you do when you should be practicing. Just don't let Torri Hunter catch you ... Remember what he did in 2006.
Inbred asked:
I have 4000 JPs and 3000 VPs and I know that VP are being converted to JP in 4.2. So, what happens when you're at the JP cap of 4000? Will my VP turn into "Vapor Points", or will the 4000 cap be lifted so that I will have a total of 7000 JPs?
I can't find any official statement from Blizzard on this. However, the "community wisdom" is that you'll have a total of 7,000 justice points. You won't be able to earn any more justice points until your total justice points drops below the 4,000 mark.
Expect a post from Blizzard clarifying this soon™.
Devo_AS asked:
When are we going to get new Guild tabard icons? They are all VERY dated, pixelated and just uninteresting images. For example, why cant Arena team icons be used on tabards to add some variety? Or just some updated versions of the limited choice we have now?
Blizzard hasn't said anything about this, but I agree with you -- they're very dated. My guess is there are other priorities for the art folks. However, they are adding female forms of warlock demons, so who knows ...
Joe asked:
Could we still see epic gems in 4.2, or is it too late by now? Do we know everything about 4.2 by now, save for some class changes yet to come?
While Blizzard is still adding things into the client data files right now, no epic gems or anything that points to them have been added -- and as big of a thing as they'd be, I'd assume they'd already be here if they were. So, my gut is telling me not in 4.2.

Why ask why? Try Bud Dry!
+1 useless point to anyone who remembers that commercial =D
Grovinofdarkhour Jun 2nd 2011 11:41AM
When I first heard the name "Bud Dry", I cracked wise to my buddy, "So that's what we've come to. They're actually selling bottles of air."
Turns out, I wasn't too far from the truth.

Why can't we get a working comment system?
But my question was why are the people in wrath lvl dungeons so rude? A lot of people yell at the tank, which is usally me when I'm on my warrior, for not keeping aggro when they pull a group or two of mobs and die from it, and I'm down the hallway.

"Why can't we get a working comment system?"
I think it's usually user error. Sorry, no offense, I've made at least one of the mistakes myself, and yes it's totally bad design by Joystiq/AOL/whoever that this kind of thing happens easily so easily and often, but 95 percent of errors here seem to be one of two things: a comment that's meant as a reply to someone is posted as a reply to someone else or to no one, and a comment that gets cut off in the middle of the text. As for the first, that's a matter of linking correctly and you just have to check whether it says "replying to [the right person]" before hitting the "Add Comment" button. It's right above the comment window, just take a minute and check. And as for the second, it's almost always because people use HTML code improperly, like greater-than and less-than signs. There are ways to do it, but a simple rule is: don't use greater-than and less-than signs, even in emoticons.
So just remember those rules and your comments will (probably) get your comment read by the right person.
"But my question was why are the people in wrath lvl dungeons so rude? A lot of people yell at the tank, which is usally me when I'm on my warrior, for not keeping aggro when they pull a group or two of mobs and die from it, and I'm down the hallway."
Because in Wrath it was possible to speed-run through most heroics, just chain-pulling one group after another until you come to a scripted event or something, and in Cataclysm I'd estimate that's still possible in about half of them. So some impatient, rude people want to be able to go like that and take it out on the immediate cause of not doing so: the tank.
The point is, they're being impatient and rude. There are several Cataclysm dungeons where that's just plain not safe for any group, and even when the instance and group make it possible, there's very rarely any good reason to go faster than people are comfortable with.
Always remember: if the healer dies, it's the tank's fault. If the tank dies, it's the healer's fault. If the dps dies, it's their own damn fault. (That's not always true, some healers (like me occasionally) will forget to take care of their own health and stuff, but I think it'll hold for 90 percent of deaths or so.)

Hey, Matt...any idea what Holisky's doing over there with the Twins?
Beli Jun 2nd 2011 11:13AM
Who care's how the Twin's are doing (and I live in Minnesota!)... the Indians are going all the way this year!
MattKrotzer Jun 2nd 2011 11:17AM
I think he's trying to find a necromancer for Kirby Puckett.
That ship has flown, Holisky.
Grovinofdarkhour Jun 2nd 2011 11:22AM
Aww snap... I can't believe you went there.
Straz Jun 2nd 2011 11:28AM
Oh yes, he went there.
Daynthebold Jun 2nd 2011 11:30AM
While he's at it, make him resurrect the '86 Mets. Hey, we're on lost causes aren't we?
Grovinofdarkhour Jun 2nd 2011 11:31AM
Well, at least he didn't say, "Hey Sylvie, can I borrow one of those Valkyrs for a second?"
