We have a guildmate that goes AFK a lot (personal friend IRL, so he gets some slack from the guild which is mostly IRL friends). We were doing a 10-man Maly run and he went AFK yet again. Out mage set up a portal and we all jumped out after we started the fight. We all came back in after he died. When out guildmate finally came back, he was lying there dead and we were all /poking him and asking why he was dead. He was so confused... then he finally got it and we all had a good laugh.

We still threaten to do this again if he goes AFK too often.
