Well, off the top of my head there's Vash'jir and Northern Stranglethorn where everything you do pretty much comes to nothing.
Also Sentinel Hill.
That burns down pretty good.
And at the end of the gnome starting area, you're still a gnome. So that's a pretty big loss right there.
