PVP wasn't a big issue in Hyjal even first week out on my PVP server. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times I've encountered world PVP since Cata came out. My server is quite evenly balanced between Horde and Alliance though. I honestly think 99% of people have completely gotten over the world PVP thing on my server, which is a shame to some degree.
