"Pardon, friend," Throgg said to a nearby officer. "Any idea how long it will be? I don't mean to rush, but I have this friend I left behind ... "
"LOK'TAR!" the orc roared in response. "AKA MA'BLOOD AND GLORY!"
Throgg blinked in response and looked back down at his companion. "I think I know why Garrosh want to see me. Did you know I wield Gorehowl?"
For his part, the druid looked at Throgg with an expression that could be interpreted as something between I don't care, I will destroy all your furnishings and Do continue, I would love to hear about your loot. Throgg chose the latter interpretation.
"I got it from this demon in Kirzhan ... Karastan ... a wizard's tower," Throgg said. "Replaced it in Northrend, but still. I use it for cucumbers and sausage, now. Methinks Garrosh is upset about that."
The door to the waiting room blew open, and Garrosh's secretary appeared. "LOK'TAR LOK OGAR LOK'TAR," the orc explained. "BLOOD AND ASHES AND GLORY. FOR THE HORDE!"
"That means Garrosh is ready to see me now," Throgg translated for the worgen-kitty. "Also, they'd like to know if you want some milk. I'll tell them no."

How to get it Grab a friend or two and go kill the final boss of Karazhan. Ha ha, who are we kidding? Go solo that junk.
How to get rid of it Sell it for 16 gold, 32 silver, and 60 copper. Don't bother disenchanting it; the mats aren't useful now.

I am surprised this has not been removed from the game.
If you put Berserking on it, it looks freakin awesome. You know, blood dripping and whatnot.

You actually DO need to get a couple friends for this, considering how hard (impossible?) it is to solo the Chess event. Beyond that, yes, Karazhan is soloable.

You can solo the chess event, it takes quite a bit of luck and perseverance but it can be done

Metalupis is right...Chess absolutely can be soloed. Just requires a lot of hopping in and out of the right pieces and a little luck.

Granted, you won't 1 shot it unless you're REALLY lucky and the Orc "King" stands in the fire (yes, it can happen, lol), but it is possible. It usually takes me about 7-26 attempts, depending on when Medivh cheats and if the Horde Team focuses on your Conjurer in the beginning.

Once, I solo'd the chess event while I was tabbed out of the game,
looking up how to solo the chess event effectively.
To this day I have no idea how that happened and have never solo'd it
in under 3 attempts since. Even by afking, which one would assume was
key to my victory that time.
Strange things are afoot at the Circle K(arazhan).

I actually got kicked out of my guild in BC because of this weapon. I was a holy paladin and nobody needed it for there main spec so I rolled and won. The other guy who rolled, warrior I think, got pissed and we spent 20 minutes arguing over it.
Finally the ML just gave it to me. The next day my GL and I fought over it too and she finally kicked me. This was just a couple days after my half of my guild had left to form a new guild because we weren't progressing very fast. I stayed with the guild because I liked them but didn't want to choose sides.
3 minutes after being kicked, I was in the new guild and later that night I downed Gruul for the first time. All in all a happy ending.
