Patch 4.2 PTR raid testing continues tonight

2:30 PM PDT – Shannox (25 Player)
4:00 PM PDT – Beth'tilac (25 Player)
5:30 PM PDT – Lord Rhyolith (25 Player)
As always, the schedule can change at a moment's notice due to issues with the build, server, encounter, or the mercurial nature of designers. The encounters are all a work in progress; there will be bugs and tuning is not final.

I don't do much PTR testing so please help me out. Can you only test the raid during these times or is this when the encounters are unlocked for testing and after this you can test them whenever?

They only have one boss up for a certain amount of time. When the time runs up they take that boss away in order to fix bugs and what not. So, as of this time they are not up all the time.

Do they put them all up towards the end of the cycle or is it this way during the entire PTR (other than heroic mode of final boss)?

I think towards the end of the ptr all the bosses will be up at the same time.

How many more testing phases will they have? If I recall, sinestra was not on the PTR and required hotfixes during the week of world first kill attempts. Can we expect the same for rag phase 4?
Also, when will 4.2 be released?

Most likely Rag hard mode will not be on ptr for testing and will get hot fixes at the same time he is actually being done. Just like Sinestra.

Too bad i have to work OT this week! I think they will release it within a month. Every time i have a chance to do the Raid the server is down lol. There is some great tank gear easily available, just make sure you have your Hyjal Rep at or near exalted.
