It won't be so sad, really. I'm in the process of gifting all my stuff to friends who will remain in game, but I've already retired all but 3 toons: a pair bank alts on both sides who are busy liquidating assets from my toons and from the bank guild's vault I created way back when, and lowbie priest I'm playing more to kill time before my subscription ends in 2 weeks. I'm getting rid of some stuff that's been gathering dust for a good long time. (Amazing what some of that stuff is going for!)

And then I'm free.

It won't be sad. Whole other worlds await!
