Interesting gating for the weapons, not sure how I feel about it yet.

Yeah seems that people who will fork out getting Conquest points via Arena for the New Season 10 weaps won't get it within 2-3 weeks of doing it. This'll prob stop players going out there way to gain them, for raiding and stop the problem we had previously with raiders getting pvp gear for raiding instead!

Will there be any weapons in the JP vendor that are actually useful?

I remember we were promised weapons once upon a time, but the ones currently there are all off-hand, meaning that a retadin, for example, can't even use them.
