i've read many people state on blizzards forums that the weapons will no longer be purchasable once the season ends as with previous seasons. without confirmation from blizzard, i am uncertain

The t1 vicious weapons will move down to honor, however the t2 weapons (the ones that require 2.2k rating) will be going away.
