The 5th element embraced by Shamanism is the Wilds, which is essentially the living force of creatures and nature. I'm not sure what exactly Nobundo is referring to. The elemental forces that Shamnans tap into are supposed to transcend across the myriad worlds of the Warcraft cosmos, but I've not come across the idea of a singular unifying element.
