The tree itself needs slight tweaking, there are reasons why GFtT and Sic 'Em are in MM, but they fall apart at least for why Sic'Em is still not been moved to BM.While I agree with you that there needs to be some changes to the talent trees themselves, you do not touch on fixing the existing "raiding" talents to make the spec more viable for the end game. Simply moving GFtT and Sic'EM to BM and giving BM a huge DPS cooldown in your Stampede suggestion isn't enough to make the spec viable in the long run. The tree needs to see "Beast Mastery" moved to the spec defining "freebie" and it be replaced with something of worth in the end game. As the difference between Exotic Pet DPS and Non Exotic Pet DPS is moot. The difference between Exotic Pet abilities and Non Exotic abilities are poor as well. While we have a couple of pets that give a slight bonus (Ancient Hysteria) the exotic pet abilities as a whole are both uninteresting and minimally useful. Giving us choices for these pets doesn't improve the spec and is just flavor. What the spec needs is an overhaul in numbers and a few new abilities or procs to change the overall rotation of the spec. We need to see some base abilities and buffs changed in order to scale better as well. All in all we need more talents that improve our pet's DPS as well as some other talents that give our pets more damaging abilities to use at our discretion. Kill Command is one thing, but we are Beast masters, our pets should have another trick or two.
