The Daily Quest: Ponies, PVP, PUGs and postcards

WoW Insider's on a Daily Quest to bring you interesting, informative, and entertaining WoW-related links from around the blogosphere.
When I was a little girl, I collected My Little Ponies like crazy. They were fairly inexpensive, so birthdays, holidays, and even days where my parents were just feeling like we'd been good granted my sister and me more four-legged friends. The franchise sort of died out for awhile, but it's back -- and apparently way, way, way more popular than it was when I was a kid. So popular, in fact, that it has spawned a whole host of trailer parodies. Needless to say, I wasn't terribly surprised to see it hit the Warcraft crowd.
Today we've got a post regarding My Little Ponies, Warcraft-style, as well as a handful of posts that also involve the letter "P." They may or may not be composed of dark matter.

Some haters on that thread there, aren't there? Personally, I think they are nuts. Wasting time mocking those that love Ponies when they could be doing something more relevant, like mocking Disney.

To be honest anyone who mocks anyone based purely on what entertainment medium they like (possibly the most subjective topic around) regardless of whether it's a movie, a TV show, a book or a game is pretty stupid.

The sheer amount of quality trailer PMVs out there is staggering. Eventually I took, like, the best seven I kept coming back to and just downloaded them and put them on my iPod. I've always really, really liked a good trailer.
