This top-hatted worgen has befriended many giant rats while in his animal state. So when he stumbled upon his friends being murdered by a local human exterminator, he got a bit ... explosive. Unfortunately for both of them, bombs are not generally a good melee weapon. Pieces of the top hat were found twenty miles away.
