Kudos for telling it like it is. I find your willingness to give unvarnished opinions, especially in recent months when they've been badly needed, both refreshing and absolutely necessary. I don't know what it's like to be a game designer/developer, but I think they've become a little insulated from outside points of view and I can tell that there's a bit of a disconnect between what Blizzard is seeing and what a large portion of their player base is seeing. The more well-reasoned feedback they receive the better.
