Q representing questioning is most commonly used in reference to support groups for those not yet sure of their sexuality -- hence, the inclusion of it in the blanket term LGBTQ -- but there's room for BOTH definitions to be honest. And in the context of Proudmoore Pride -- all are welcome, so both definitions are a solid fit
