There's nothing like a good night of raiding. My favorite kind of raid nights are the ones where the fights are going well enough that in between, there's plenty of time for banter and stories of how things were way back when. Sometimes I miss the days of vanilla -- and then I remember the monotonous sea of red from Molten Core and after it, Blackwing Lair. I think I like today's technicolor raiding much better -- and then I remember the next raid tier is Firelands and doubtless I'm going to be staring at a sea of red again. Well, I guess most things come full circle anyway, don't they?

On my blog, I had done a series of retrospectives about Vanilla, BC, and WotLK, and at the end of them and reminiscing about the good and bad things I had the same conclusion. They were fun at the time because we didn't know any better, and now that they're gone I'm glad that we've moved on.
I've really been enjoying Archaeology lately, for whatever reason. This inspired me to write up a guide on it on my blog (http://corath.wordpress.com). Archaeology 101!

How is T11 content getting nerfed?
As a hardcore raider turned casual player turned player who thinks WoW is a joke and enjoys Rift a lot more, this might bring me back if I can run these raids without dedicating an obscene amount of time to them.

While most blogs, blue posts, fansites, etc. focus on either the hardcore raider or the casual gamer, my blog seeks to take on a new perspective: that of a Raider who can clear content with the best of them, all while raising a family, working a full time job, or going to school. While this blog is from a Resto Shaman point of view, the topics covered will span the board based on what readers what to talk about or trending issues. Each article will attempt to tie in the fact that although our lives can be busy, we can still enjoy World of Warcraft to it's full extent in terms of end-game raiding.
