Messiah - I think you can set a 'healing threshold' and any player that puts out heals that cross that threshold is marked. I don't think it keeps a database of player information out there. So if a priest runs up and starts healing, he gets marked. If he runs up the next time and is dpsing, then it doesn't mark him.I have the addon and love it. It's very useful, and I've created a macro that yells "(target) is a healer! Kill him!" whenever someone lights up as a healer. It's great to see everyone around you switch to the healer and burn him down. Not so great if you're the healer though...
