so i had first experience with new system today. i normally log on to wow with desktop at home. today, i tried to log in with laptop at library. after logging in and typing authenticator code, i get a message saying that blizzard has detected that something is amiss so i need to log in to my battlenet account and reset the password to confirm my identity. i try to log in to the blizzard website and it says the service is not available. i wait about 30 minutes, try to log in again and still no luck. i have blizzard send me an email to reset my password and notice that they sent me an email saying that there was suspicious activity on my account and it is locked until i reset the password.i reset password on website, log in to wow and enter authenticator code and is finally able to get in.
