Interesting, I play both the BM and MM trees. BM for dungeons and leveling and MM for BGs and leveling.
I find, and this actually bothers me because I can not seem to break the habit, that I constantly worry about my pet in BM and worry more about my own safety in MM.
I guess what I am saying is I would actually be in favor of modifying the MM tree so I could choose not to use my pet and still retain my killing ability. I actually don't want to lose my pet if I want to use him but would like the ability to chose not to use him and still do damage.
The problem I see here is that there would be no simple way to do this. I only see being able to spec one way or the other. But since we are looking for GC to be reading this.....well, this is my wish.
