"If the Draenei are in fact immortal, where did all of these dead Draenei come from?"
Since when are the Draenei immortal? They're very long-lived yes, but I haven't seen any official confirmation that they're immortal. Now, the new draenei intro cinematic says that Velen is immortal, but that's only one draenei, and he's their leader, so I think it's a bit of a stretch to say they're all immortal.
And leading off of this, I believe what Shadda was talking about is that if the draenei WERE immortal, there's no reason for them to build Auchindoun. Not enough draenei would have died during their time on Draenor to warrant such a huge mass-grave site to be built, since the orcs didn't start their massacre until later.

Seeing as a couple of NPCs well at least one that I can remember, other than Velen talk about Argus like they remember it, I'd say there is a good chance tha,t yes Draenei have extreme longevity/are immortal

There are references to cryogenics and stasis pods on the Exodar. We actually have no idea of their "natural" life spans since it's likely that they extend them artificially with technology. Space travel takes a long time.
