Anyone know if the honor/desecrate quests are available to repeat if you did them last year. I am looking to get the Burning Blossoms so I can finish up the last achieve or 2 for my "what a long strange trip its been" and these were the easiest ways to get blossoms to buy the stuff I need.

they should be reopened for you. Much like the elders have been reopened each year.

From what I've seen of the game's holidays (and 4 years of them), I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get all the Blossoms again this year, even if you've done them all in the past on a toon.

Yes, i got my achievs 2 years ago and I can do them again this year for cash :D
