Spoiler alert:

On the PTR, the questline where you help Aggra free Thrall from the elemental planes will reward you with an ilvl365 cloak. The questline takes less than an hour to complete, and the cloaks to choose from are itemized for all classes.
Since that is basically a gimme quest, the cloaks dropping from Ahune will be replaced within a week for most people.
