There's a Horde and an Alliance flame at Marshal's Stand in Un'Goro. (These aren't part of the achievements, but they're useful for extra blossoms.)

The alliance one is strangely not part of the achievement though. Or, rather, it's not part of the desecration the alliance. I haven't collected Kalimdor's flames yet on an alliance character.
