Minimum level to summon Ahune this year is 84. To test it, I had an 83 mage I was leveling look at the dungeon finder. I couldn't queue. Got some flames and leveled my mage to 84. She could now queue for Ahune. I also had an 82 DK who I tested it on and she was unable to queue for Ahune.
