Never mind that last comment - assholes on mammoths were hiding him.

Hyjal fire is at Nordrassil, left when you port to hyjal.
Deepholm fire is inside the Temple of Earth, right behind the world pillar thing.
Vash'jir fire is in Silver Tide Hollow, about 2 yards in front of you if you use seahorse taxi to get there.
Uldum fire is just to the north and to the west a little (just outside the walls) - there are 2 of them.
