Like only the people who earned it would see the badge, like there's a page stating who got it, or would *everyone* have to look at it every time they opened it?

First and second one are fine; third one, I'd probably ignore the DJ altogether and go look at outside sources. I have never cared for or about people who yell FIRST for anything and raiding's no exception.
