Except that there are other stories in WoW about that; one has it that the Titans came first, spruced up the place, then went moseying off. While they were gone, the Old Gods found the place, started squatting there, and made it into their very own Thunderdome for ALL ELEMENTALS, ALL THE TIME! TWO ELEMENTS ENTER! ONE ELEMENTAL LEAVES! THEN, A SHORT TIME LATER, THE OTHER ELEMENTAL LEAVES AS THE WINNER! Sorry. Got carried away there.

Anyway, the Titans show back up, get angry because the Old Gods emptied out the fridge, puked on the carpet, and ran up the electric bill, then collectively threw down, chaining the Old Gods in the basement and gentrifying the place while hoping that the next race to come along to look at it wouldn't notice the funky smell downstairs.

Anyway, that's how I remember it.
