Not necessarily. It is implied through Ulduar that the Lich King, and indeed, a lot of horrible events in Azeroth (like the assassination of King Llane and the creation of the Demon Soul) was orchestrated by one Old God: Yogg-Saron. Yet, Yogg was killed first, even before we had a renaissance fair in the middle of a glacier. It could very well be that this Old God is killed first, or even at the same time as Deathwing.
