That the Draenei are imposing their particular metaphysical filter on everyone else, like some sort of creepy Light missionaries.

A big glowing thing, illuminating everything around it that bestows the gift of the light on all it's followers? Of course it's one of the Naaru!

Or it might just be a lighthouse. Or the Sun. Or an unusually shiny penny. Or Elune, goddess of the Nelves.
